How to Reach 
You got to first reach the town of Kuala Tembiling, in order to get to this park. You can reach this town through taxies, buses or even the train. For the ones who want to journey while enjoying the countryside, travelling by train is the best option. Travelers will have to take a boat to Kuala Tahan from Kuala Tembiling. The boat ride will take around 3 hours to reach Mutiara Taman Negara Resort. The resort provides a speedboat service that will take you into the Taman Negara forest reserve in about 45 minutes.

Another route to this forest is through the town of Jerantut, which can be reached by a 3 hour journey from Kuala Lumpur. From here, you need a four wheel drive and have to cross a river to get into the forest.
